Returns
- In the event you should need to return an item(s),
- Please see our returns address label on the back of your parcel packaging. Please include a note with your name and order number also the reason for return. If any problems you can contact us via our Facebook Page for instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached to the garment, unworn & must be deemed fit for resale, Should this not be the case unfortunately your item will be returned kindly back to you and no refund will be issued.
- All postage costs for any returned items will be covered by you, but we will refund the original delivery charge if we have made an error in our dispatch or the item received is unfit for purpose- unless you’ve decided to keep other parts of your order.
- Please obtain proof of postage and please ensure your items are securely packaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued your refund . We issue refunds within 10-14 working days from receipt of your return, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/ debit card or original method of payment.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We will not issue any refund to any other payment method other than that in which was originally used.
- Item purchased on sale or with promo codes are non refundable.
